Paying workers in a company.?

in a succesful company who normally pays the CEO,the managing director,and the director in the company.And how does a normal payslip looks like for payment to a managing director(features of a payslip).does a payslip need to be stamped with the companys office stamp b4 it becomes valid,or generally pay slips are not stamped with the companys office stamp?Please educate me on the ff ofice practices.
