False allegations against a airport van driver what do I do?

I had been written up for allegations that were not true, the manager waited until a lot of time lapsed before bringing them to my attention therefore disallowing me to use witnesses to help me . Now I have been terminated for basically the same thing hearsay or conversation blown totally out of proportion. What do I need to do?
