In Harvest Moon Magical Melody, How can i get gwen to move back?

i want her to move back, and i need her to fill in the last note i need (the one when she gives you a gift) im married to Nina, rich, and have 98 notes, not to mention Gwen leaves on the 13th of spring year 1 on all of my files- how can i get her to move in?
