Should I do this trade?

Although Drew Brees seems to be the best fantasy quarterback this year, I would definitely have this trade go through. Ryan Grant is having a great year so far, and Flacco has the Ravens Offense firing on all cylinders. Nate Burleson can be a decent backup WR depending on what type of league you are in. Also, Burelson is a good WR if Helbeck can get his game together.
