I'm 8 weeks pregnant and breaking out bad!?

I'm 8 weeks along, and my face is breaking out pretty bad. Its painfull too. Is there thing I can do to help it go away? I feel so ugly, I'm already getting fat because I'm pregnant and now my face breaking out? Somebody help please
