If a president makes many trips overseas, more than any other president...?

A president wears many hats, including being Commander in Chief, head of the government, head of his political party, as well as America's top diplomat. It is important for the president to always balance these roles. When campaigning for reelection, the president's role as party chief and head of government gain more attention domestically, making it more difficult to travel abroad. Even so, even foreign trips can "fire up" a domestic constituency, either positively or negatively. For example, President Obama will soon travel to Puerto Rico (OK, still the US - but he'll be the first president to do so in fifty years). This could pay electoral dividends in Pennsylvania, Florida, and New York.
