News:Melanie McPryce (formerlyTom McGlone) transitioned at 16, started hormones at 17 and spent €22,000 to have -reignment and augmentation surgery in Thailand the day after her 18th birthday. The News of the World newspaper gave her story a centre page spread and hopefully suitably recompensed Mel and her mum.
