Are there any "no kill" animal shelters in Lawton, Oklahoma?

Or perhaps any animal rescue foundations in Lawton, OK that are available to cats? Our Animal Welfare euthanizes animals after a certain amount of time. I have a 2 yr old male cat that I can't afford to get neutered, that cries most of the day/night...he won't go outside at all and my husband recently started working nights so he keeps him awake with his crying. I don't want to get rid of him but I see no other choice because of monetary issues. I would like to find him a good home or place him for adoption in a "no kill" shelter.
