Cracked Alloy - Is it safe?

Hiya, I have recently bought an astra and yesterday went into the boot to change the tyre. The wheel in the boot has a cracked alloy and the tyre wall is slightly damaged aswell. Being female in all, could i put this tyre on and drive or is it just not safe? If someone could guide me on this it would be most appreciated. Thanks x.
