Do I have to bring my eyegles prescription to Army boot camp?

I wear contacts and gles and yes, I know they give you an eye exam and give you their BCGs but do I need a copy of my eyegles prescription? My medical papers say I have them and so do I need proof? I just want to avoid trouble.
