Has anyone tried GoChi Juice? Does it work?

We were given a bottle of GoChi Juice and product brochure information about the product and how it can improve different areas of your life. I am wondering if anyone has experienced really good results from taking it. I suffer from arthritis, don't sleep very well, am exhausted all the time and this juice claims to help with all of that. I am looking for people either positive or negative that has used it and what your experiences have been with taking it.
