I have a brown china two handled dish with lid glazed in deep blue ,gold leaf painted around it with birds ???

This was given to me by an elderly friend of my grandmother who if still alive would be over a hundred. It was her grandmothers before here so is at least 150 years old. No idea of value or history. I can make out the words ?????? & Harvey and the word Jurslem is also stamed faintly. definately Made in England. Would love to know more about it, Insurance value etc. Looks very expensive but is very special. Would like to approx value. As said early the bowl is two handled, with lit, brown china but deep blue glazed with a lot of gold leaf painiting that includes 4 birds in flight.
