Is the whole bleach blonde/tan thing going on always considered trampish?

The reason I ask this is that I have bleach blonde hair, yes I dyed it, and I'm beginning to get pretty dark for the summertime. I'm just curious if everyone first impression of me would be like automatic dumb blonde tramp just because of how I look. I really do not believe in first impressions being final impressions, but just wondering everyone's opinion.
