I am very glad you kept your baby. Its hard right now but you will get used to this new lifestyle. You're very young and its important for you to finish your school so you can give a great life to your baby. There are times that the stress will be overwhelming but just remember that you are doing a great thing, its more than worth it and you are stepping up to your responsibility.
