What should i write in my conclusion at the end of my research paper about josef mengele?

ok so i have towrite this research paper on josef mengele mla format im at the conclusion and im sumped on what to say because im not alowwed to gve my opinion and i dont want to keep saying facts so im just wandering what to say its suppose to be 7-9 sentences for the closing conclusion so any answer would help greatly thank you!
