Why am I making weird noises with my mouth?

Yes this could possibly have something to do with having a dummy to long, do you have a gap in your teeth because that could cause it. Also the main reason for it may just be that its a bad habbit that you started when you were little and have just gotten used to it. Hope this helped :)
