Can anyone give me information about Aptude Inc. and chain-sys company, i am having 1 offer with this company.?

i am currently having 1 offer with Chain-sys for Aptude company.. but this company is not listed.. neither this company has any CMM level... so what do think about this.. i am very conscious about taking this decision.. please help me regarding this.
